How are your famous biscuits shipped?
Our biscuits are flash-frozen or sent as a dry mix to ensure maximum freshness. Detailed reheating and baking instructions are included in every package to help you achieve that signature golden-brown crust.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our food products and merchandise within the United States. We use expedited shipping for perishable items like hams and bacon to ensure they arrive in peak condition.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our guest services team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your country hams fully cooked?
Our traditional country hams are salt-cured and aged. Depending on the specific cut purchased, they may require soaking or cooking. Please refer to the product description and the included guide for preparation steps.
